Supporting disabled officers

The NCA is signed up to the Disability Confident Scheme, and is recognised as a Disability Confident Leader.

We are committed to ensuring that disability is not a barrier to recruitment or promotion, to provide officers with the support they need in their role and to develop their careers.

The NCA has achieved a Level 3: Disability Confident Leader status in December 2020; the highest level you can achieve as an organisation under the Disability Confident Scheme.

The Disability Confident badge demonstrates our recognition of the value that those with a disability bring to the agency. The NCA aims to attract talent, retain and develop a diverse range of officers, including those with a disability. We recognise how a diverse workforce of officers will help our agency succeed in its mission to disrupt serious and organised crime.
