The NCA actively supports diversity and inclusion through a variety of staff network groups including;

The Carers Support Information & Advice Group is for all NCA officers who care for partners, elderly relatives, neighbours or friends. This group provides advice, guidance, signposting and support to assist officers who are Carers and their line mangers. We are committed to supporting Carers within the agency, so that Carers feel valued and respected and able to thrive.
We are also proud to be a member of Employers for Carers, provided by Carers UK. The Employers for Carers membership offers support to retain and empower employees with caring responsibilities and allows our officers to have access to numerous resources such as essential guides and toolkits, a members’ platform and free access to the Jointly App (this is a care Co-ordination app created by carers for carers.
