| Manage exhibit record keeping | Manage exhibits recording and receipting, along with overseeing movement and removal of exhibits including opening/sealing actions. Whilst also taking timeous receipt of exhibits left in the out of hours area of the exhibit store including the drop box safe, recording and storing appropriately. |
| Police and Crime Evidence Act (PACE) | Selecting exhibits due for return to subjects in line with PACE and advise case team. |
| Appropriately package exhibits | Appropriately package exhibits required to be sent from the exhibit store e.g. to forensics, and accurately record the movement of same. |
| Countersign exhibit requests | Countersigning forensic requests on exhibits as requested by the case team. |
| Storage Management | Manage exhibit safe, storage and storage medium environments, ensuring the exhibit store has adequate documentation. Including selecting and managing exhibits to be placed into remote storage, accurately recording and managing actions and package exhibits appropriately to storage crates. |
| Continuous Professional Development in Exhibit Management | Keep up to date with exhibit handling requirements, legislation and guidance, liaising with and participating in the Exhibits Working Group (EWG) |
